The product is suitable for manufacturers of chili sauce, hot sauce, chili paste, dipping sauces, fermented seasonings, marinades, spice products, and other processed foods. Salt preservation helps extend storage life while maintaining the natural color, spicy flavor, and characteristic aroma of the chili peppers. MITAFOOD currently supplies two main types: Salted Horn Chili with a size of 8–20 cm in red or green, and Salted Small Chili with a size of 3–8 cm in red.

Product Applications
Salted chili peppers are mainly used as raw materials for chili sauce, hot sauce, chili paste, dipping sauces, fermented seasonings, marinades, spice products, and other processed foods. The product is suitable for food manufacturers that need a stable bulk chili ingredient with a longer storage life than fresh chili peppers.
Harvest Season
Vietnamese chili peppers are harvested during different periods of the year, with the main winter crop running from November to January and the spring–summer crop running from March to July. Supply availability may vary depending on chili variety, crop conditions, order volume, and production schedule.
