1.1 Scalable Farming Network

Mitafood is developing farming zones across Vietnam’s key agricultural regions, with a target of over 3,000 hectares under cooperative management.

Each area is selected based on its natural growing conditions. Coffee is sourced from the Central Highlands, while tropical fruits come from the Mekong Delta, the Red River Delta, and other major farming regions. This network helps us maintain stable supply, consistent quality, and clear product origin.

1.2 Clean and Science-Based Farming

Our farming partners follow clean cultivation practices. Organic fertilizers, biological crop protection, and water-saving irrigation methods are prioritized to reduce chemical use and protect long-term soil health.

Mitafood also works with the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences (VAAS) and other research partners to develop standardized farming practices. These standards help maintain consistent product quality across different crops, harvest seasons, and farming regions.

1.3 Farmers as Long-Term Partners

Mitafood works closely with local farmers as long-term partners. We provide technical training, cultivation guidance, and suitable agricultural inputs. Our stable purchasing policy supports reliable farmer income while encouraging better quality and responsible farming.

2. Manufacturing & Processing Facilities: Two Factories, One Quality Standard

Mitafood operates two processing factories in Vietnam: Hanga Factory in Bac Ninh Province and Dalac Factory in Lam Dong Province. Located close to major agricultural regions in Northern Vietnam and the Central Highlands, these facilities give us direct access to diverse raw materials, stable supply, and flexible production for international orders.

2.1 Hanga Factory — Bac Ninh

CAP THUY VILLAGE, AN THINH COMMUNE, BAC NINH PROVINCE, VIETNAM

Hanga Factory mainly processes fresh, frozen, and salted agricultural products from Northern Vietnam. Its main products include:

• Salted chilli;
• Fresh lychee, carrots, and ginger;
• Frozen pineapple and frozen chilli;
• Coffee sourced from Son La.

The factory manages key production stages, including raw material inspection, washing, sorting, cutting, salting, freezing, packaging, and cold storage. Its integrated process helps maintain product quality from raw material intake to final shipment.

A complete cold-chain system, from factory storage to refrigerated transport, helps protect product freshness and quality throughout delivery.

Hanga Factory also serves as Mitafood’s Northern coffee processing facility. Located close to Son La, one of Vietnam’s leading Arabica-growing regions, the factory supports the sourcing and processing of Son La coffee for domestic and international markets.

2.2 Dalac Factory — Lam Dong

Dalac Factory specializes in IQF frozen fruits for international markets. Key products include frozen durian, frozen passion fruit, and other tropical fruits sourced from nearby farming areas.

Lam Dong offers favourable natural conditions for growing a wide range of agricultural products. Its climate and diverse farming regions allow Mitafood to source raw materials throughout the year, helping ensure a stable supply for production and export orders.

A complete cold chain — from on-site storage to refrigerated transport — keeps product quality intact from the production floor to the port of loading.

Located in Lam Dong, one of Vietnam’s leading coffee-growing regions, Dalac is Mitafood’s specialized coffee processing hub for green, roasted, and instant coffee. With direct access to high-quality Robusta and Arabica growing areas, the facility ensures stable supply, consistent quality, and full traceability from farm to finished product. Dalac is equipped with modern production and storage systems operating in line with international quality and food safety standards.

Dalac also runs OEM/ODM production for buyers who need private-label solutions at export scale, with lots packed and staged for international partner shipments as part of standard warehouse operations.
