Honey-Processed Robusta Coffee uses a processing method that sits between natural and washed processing. After the coffee cherries are mechanically pulped, part of the mucilage surrounding the beans is intentionally left on the parchment throughout the drying process rather than being completely washed away.
As the mucilage naturally ferments under sunlight, its sugars and organic acids interact with the beans, contributing to a milder sweetness and smoother body compared with conventionally natural- or washed-processed Robusta.
The coffee is harvested in Dak Lak, Vietnam, with an exceptionally high cherry ripeness rate of 99–100%, helping ensure greater uniformity and consistent quality for large-volume export orders.
